Ambitious | Independent | Creative Yi-Hsuan (Yvonne) has extensive experience working with government institutions and NGOs across Taiwan, Asia, and the United States. She taught Mandarin language and culture in the U.S. as a Fulbright Taiwan FLTA Visiting Scholar (2025–2026), while completing a Master’s in Global Communication (2023–2025) and a Bachelor’s in International Diplomacy (2019–2023) that strengthened her foundation in cross-cultural communication and global engagement.Passionate about continuous learning, she actively participates in activities, workshops, training programs, seminars, conferences, and volunteer services, and is skilled in hosting exchange students, research scholars, and foreign delegations at academic and diplomatic events.

   The Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), assigns educators to U.S. colleges and universities to strengthen language instruction and promote cross-cultural understanding. As part of the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, it is administered in partnership with the Institute of International Education (IIE), Fulbright Commissions, and U.S. Embassies worldwide.
