Dr Ashok is conducting seminars and workshops on, how to help people to actualize their potential by tapping the power of the subconscious mind, Work Stress Management, Personal development, attitudinal fine tuning, Interpersonal relationship building and sequential thinking (memory) training seminars and workshops. His seminars are popular for the tangible transformation experienced by the participants during the course and for the methods adopted to continue the growth in the post seminar assessments. Dr Ashok has run 4 half marathons (21 Kms) and 8 Full Marathons (42.195 Kms). His best time was 4 hrs 55 minutes in 2008 SCMM and he ran his last marathon, on 17th January 2016, clocking a time of 5 hrs 58 minutes. He ran the 2016 marathon barely 3 months after undergoing an Angioplasty procedure at Lilavati Hospital.
