Imagine a simple proof of concept with big ambitions – that’s how my journey with Scoober 4 All began. Today, that idea has evolved into the Marketplace Courier App and Portal, now one of the most impactful and fastest-growing products within JET. Since its inception, I’ve transformed this product from an initial concept into two fully realised tools(A mobile and a web app), now serving over active Restaurants and over 100k active couriers across more than 10 countries in Europe.In this role, I work with a talented cross-functional team to prioritize and define features that continually improve the user experience. I guide the product’s direction, overseeing ideation, development, and execution while ensuring each step aligns with our product strategy, business goals, and the latest industry insights. I collaborate closely with UX teams to create intuitive, visually appealing and human-centric solutions, and with Sales and Marketing to boost reach, engagement, and product education.As Privacy Ambassador for our Logistics Team, I also play a key role in ensuring our products comply with GDPR regulations, keeping user data secure and our operations legally sound. Leading by example, I champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and a customer-first approach in every project we undertake.

I have over 12 years of experience in creating impactful, easy-to-use, and revenue-generating products across B2C and B2B environments. I have managed product portfolios generating millions of dollars and reaching thousands of people. With a Computer Science degree and certifications in finance, marketing and sales, I have a strong background in data and business analytics, user experience and delivery management. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and I do this by coaching, writing and speaking at events. I have published articles on Code Like a Girl and spoken at prestigious events such as Black Tech Fest.
