Accomplish key performance indicator targets and meet demand by assessing equipment performance, reviewing materials supplies, and organizing manpower for maximum workplace efficiency and safety- Recruit, hire, and train all incoming employees on the production floor. Conduct payroll and 100% on incentives KPIs to achieve over 100% for the productivity labor audit of all production partners- Evaluate 25+ team members performance regularly to identify and resolve productivity or mechanical maintenance concerns- Maintain 100% on daily closing inspection reports and DOT medical driving verification, and maintaining a consistently high 90% run and turn time- Activate and assign radio frequency identification hospital products for designated customers- Keep partners up to date on safety training and ensure those who wish to grow within the company have a transparent trajectory to move forward inside the company- Assist the Production Manager with safety/health audits, along with other production and stockroom partners in various departments from the wash alley, sling area, loading and unloading products, sorting, and the bulk department- Ensure the proper closing procedures and closing reports are accurately executed for safety and efficiency compliance.

My name is Yevgeniy Malyasin, and I am a United States Marine Corps veteran with multiple overseas deployments and an alumni of San Francisco State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Business/Corporate Communication with a Sociology minor and a concentration in Business Management, graduating summa cum laude with high honors equating to a 4.0-grade point average in December 2022. I am currently a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for Cintas Corporation that is responsible for overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of personnel in entry-level production roles on high-paced shifts. I also ensure daily KPI targets for productivity and quality are met, manage inventory levels, uphold office safety protocols, incentives data entry of 90%, conduct training on company safety policies, ensure compliance with VPP and OSHA standards, and foster a safety-focused workplace culture throughout the location.Throughout my academic, military, and work experience, I have developed myself to lead by example as an optimistic leader, actively listen, have data entry/analytics skills, solve problems creatively, be adaptable, and exemplify a persistent work ethic. I am passionate about leadership/management accountability, colleague/team development, business development, transparent/intentional communication skills, and an initiative for creative problem-solving.
