I have built analytics capabilities from the ground up, translating raw network telemetry into production-grade models that improve customer experience, reduce churn, and enable proactive operations.My leadership style is hands-on and outcome-driven. I work closely with Architecture, Operations, and Product teams to ensure analytics reflects operational reality and is trusted, deployed, and used—not left as experimentation. I am particularly passionate about fiber intelligence: optical performance, service quality measurement, anomaly detection, and early-signal identification before issues scale.I believe the future of broadband belongs to organizations that embed analytics deeply into how they design, operate, and evolve their networks.
