Defined and managed overall program for Finance, Sales & Marketing and PCB portfolios Partnered with external vendor to define and manage overall RPA program that included 12+ projects and ensured all projects were delivered in a timely fashion as well as a head of schedule by 1 month Collaborated with Technical Architect in order to design the overall architecture for the RPA program The RPA Program success lead to reducing employee labor hours per year by over hours Design Google Cloud Platform program to migrate 8 sites both internal and external to the cloud which lead to saving the company $100K by reducing overall maintenance Partnered with C-Suite executives to obtain buy-in for the project worked closely with the VP to prioritize the migration strategy. Goal of the project was to alleviate latency of sites from 3 seconds to 1 second and increase reliability Responsible for managing both onshore teams and offshore teams upwards of 20+ team members effectively to adhere to timelines, remove roadblocks, and report weekly metrics to the C-Suite stakeholders
