Proposes, plans, directs, and coordinates electrical and water utility infrastructure improvement projects in the Presidio • Define and propose projects to upper management for budgetary approval in support of utility capital improvement and regulatory compliance, and own said projects through completion and lifetime - Managing a ~$2M design and construction project for upgrading a historical substation to current industry standards - Scope work, budget, and schedule for procurement of professional and construction services - Serve as the Contracting Officers technical representative on assigned utility infrastructure construction contracts - Establish scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects. Track and report schedule and budget information • Inter-departmental and Inter-agency (PG & E, WAPA) planning, coordination and triage for capital projects and daily operations to ensure compliance with utility standards and guidelines • Owns creation and implementation of the Electric Distribution Maintenance Program • Performing system updates on ArcGIS and AutoCad, and managing project schedules in Microsoft Project
