ABOUT YESHA PATEL
An international lawyer with experience of both commercial and non-commercial contracts. I have particular experience in IT outsourcing and B2B contracts, including the negotiation and drafting of complex multi-million pound deals for a broad range of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional corporations. Additionally, I have a background in negotiating other contractual terms and conditions such as data protection, transitional services and marketing agreements. I recently undertook a full time private practice secondment to Reed Smith LLP, providing transactional support and advice on a wide variety of corporate matters. I am also regularly responsible for coordinating and assisting multi-disciplinary teams on corporate governance matters. As an in-house lawyer for a Fortune 200 global organisation, I relish in the variety and challenges the role offers and my ability to be commercially focused and proactive in a fast paced environment.
