In my role as a Guest Operations Specialist, I support daily operations across seven major hospital buildings, managing high volumes of visitors, patients, and staff with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and compassionate service.To enhance the guest experience, I designed and tested a dynamic Excel-based navigation support tool that helps the Guest Services team efficiently direct visitors to their destinations. This tool has been widely adopted by the team and has received recognition for its usability and impact on reducing confusion in a complex environment.I manage and update sensitive operational data using Excel and Google Sheets while ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA standards. I also collaborate across departments using EHR systems to verify patient appointments, manage visitor restrictions, and maintain accurate records.My role involves proactive communication with diverse stakeholders, from hospital staff to law enforcement, ensuring that information flows smoothly. I also deliver presentations and training on guest policies and procedures to ensure staff alignment and consistency in service.
