Designing, developing, testing, integrating, and configuring WorkForce Time and Attendance as per business requirements Providing advice to functional consultants and clients on WorkForce Time and Attendance policies, user roles and security, application managed service (AMS), technical solutions strategy and service delivery through policy migration to test and production environment. Reviewing existing WorkForce configuration, usage links and internal processes while conducting technical studies on WorkForce Policy Editor for existing configuration to develop time and attendance according to business rules after studying Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). Developing and implementing WorkForce policies and procedures throughout development life cycle to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of WorkForce Software products and to confirm that all systems and processes meet organization standards and client requirements. Performing unit testing and quality assurance practices before delivering new or existing products to the Functional Consultants for Quality Assurance (QA) Testing. Identifying and analyzing business rules and functional requirements document discrepancies by conferring with Functional Consultants and clients to ensure proper adjustments are made to provide technical solutions. Performing preventive maintenance tasks by following WorkForce Best Practices while working on WorkForce policy editor and configuring WorkForce Time and Attendance.
