Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and resolving inquiries related to pharmacy benefit management (PBM) programs- Create and maintain detailed documentation on client interactions, action plans, and process updates to ensure operational transparency- Assisted in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings, ensuring clarity and customization based on client goals- Travel frequently to meet with clients and consultants to discuss pharmacy plans and overall performance in utilization and spend- Provide support on statewide or nationwide legislation changes to ensure clients are compliant- Partner with PBM account team alongside clients and consultants to ensure we are working towards the same goal
