I was responsible for launching this project under the mentorship of my manager. My work included marketing, generating leads, collecting applications, and converting leads into participants. I organized the kickoff event, as well as both offline and online sessions. By September 2025, we had received and processed more than 1,059 applications from top managers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and experts in Kazakhstan, selecting over 75 participants. In total, I organized 12 events — 3 in-person events with full-day programs for 75+ attendees and 9 online sessions. I also managed the club’s social media presence and handled operational tasks to ensure everything ran smoothly.
