Have site oversight over all quality management contractual obligations. • Manage regulatory and contractual reporting, audits, trainings, risk assessments, continuous improvement, and quality management systems. • Lead the development and implementation of site key performance indicators, metrics, training metrics and employee engagement safety activities.• Serve as liaison with local, State and Federal Agencies (FDOT, DERM, Fire Marshall and Port Fire Life Safety Committee). • Led Fire, Life, Safety Committee (FLSC) with various local agencies.• Serve as Incident Commander for the Port Miami Tunnel Emergency Response and Hurricane Emergency Response Team. Member of the Port of Miami and USCG Emergency Management Operating Teams. Led the coordination and implementation of a multi-agency effort of the first HAZMAT crisis simulation inside the tunnel. • Responsible person for the implementation of COVID and employee health management.• Lead the development of the project site strategic plan.Expertise\'s used regularly: Regulatory gap analysis, project management, program development and implementation, tabletop exercises/simulations, high risk work (confined space, control of hazardous energy, working at heights, electrical safety, power industrial trucks, contractor safety, incident investigation/management and several other General Industry 29 CFR1910 and CFR 1926 requirements.
