   Designed, developed and deployed a full-stack, human-in-the-loop (HITL) web application to create a continuous feedback and oversight system for the AI assistant. This platform streamlined the collection of AI judge\'s feedback, expert internal feedback and external user corrections, enabling engineers and data scientists to efficiently review model performance. This continuous loop significantly improved the AI\'s accuracy, mitigated safety risks through human validation, and ensured quality standards were maintained.+Designed and implemented a robust, end-to-end data pipeline responsible for ingesting comprehensive drug monograph data. This pipeline efficiently transforms and loads the structured and unstructured data into an OpenSearch cluster. The resulting searchable knowledge base was crucial for powering the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system, which served as the foundational knowledge source for an AI assistant designed to provide accurate and up-to-date pharmaceutical information to physicians.+Leveraged the integration of Iterable In-App messaging into the Athenahealth epocrates web application to successfully execute the 2024 holiday season campaign.+Created a content difference audit tool to compare data between the Contentful cloud and the database copy, effectively identifying gaps.
