I monitor and review water supply, stormwater, and wastewater activities, investigate customer complaints, and propose operational changes for improved environmental outcomes. I also undertake research, analysis, and reporting to support effective and informed decision-making.With a Master\'s degree in Climate Change Science and Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, I have developed and implemented a climate change adaptation plan for a wastewater treatment plant and trunk network, using GIS, hydraulic modeling, and project management skills. I am currently pursuing a Micromaster in Data, Economics and Development Policy from MIT, where I am learning to apply data analysis and economic tools to address development challenges. I am passionate about mobilizing youth voices and building partnerships for climate action, as demonstrated by my previous role as a National Youth Engagement Consultant at UNICEF, where I won the first place in a social innovation challenge on climate change and flood resilience.
