I have a demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing documented safety analysis (DSA) and technical safety requirements (TSRs) in strict adherence to regulatory standards, including 10 CFR 830, 10 CFR 851, and applicable DOE Orders.In previous roles, I have successfully implemented the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) Programmatic Requirements Management System (PRMS) at the Y-12 National Security Complex, contributing to the on-schedule and under-budget completion of critical nuclear process equipment installations. I have also excelled as an Independent Oversight Lead on the $6.5 billion UPF Project, managing critical contractual and quality requirements and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.With a solid foundation in nuclear QA and a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance programs, I am skilled in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
