Accomplished insurance expert with 18+ years in corporate risk management, adept at managing large property captives for global organizations. Combines a deep passion for insurance with a dedication to lifelong learning and mentoring.For the past 9 years, I\'ve worked on a part-time basis assisting my team with insurance renewals - Global and US Casualty along with Financial Lines- and working on streamlining internal processes as it concerns information sharing with outside consultants and our international insurance managers. I love finding areas of inefficiency and creating solutions to increase the team\'s overall productivity. I\'ve also been responsible for managing the global insurance summer intern during these years, which is one of the highlights of the year for me. It is always so great to see the next generation coming along- there is much to pass down and much to learn from them.I\'ve had an extended volunteer term (9 years) as a treasurer of a social action non-profit organization. It has grown me to be more entrepreneurial and taught me a lot about the ins and outs of running a business. In 2021, I took on the role of home educator for our triplets. I love learning alongside them and am constantly surprised by how much I do not know. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, learning God\'s word through Community Bible Study (CBS), running, listening to podcasts, and reading.
