Operational Excellence Leader, with experience over 17 years experience in two of the top fortune 500 companies. Serving as a resource to drive out losses at over eight P&G production facilities & their suppliers, across the Globe; through project management & lean methodologies. While leading over 150 change agents across the span of my career, I have spear headed the delivery of over $100 million of annualized savings. Implementation of continuous improvement and lean methodologies, as well as capability building have been the key drivers for achieving these results. All while managing projects and initiatives totaling over 100 Million dollars of capital. Main scope of projects was on Automation and productivity improvements, as well as some capacity increase projects.My Volunteer work, has brought the exposure to more of the SME work, with close work with IT & Green energy Start ups. Learning more about the dynamics required to be an entrepreneur & the discipline to required to succeed.
