We make luxury artisan ice cream, sorbet, desserts and sauces, inspired by world flavours. We use locally sourced milk and cream and it is made in small batches to ensure we have full control over quality and taste. Our award winning range of exotic ice cream flavours are unique and innovative, specifically designed to complement South East Asian cuisine. Our full range consists of over 30 exciting flavours, we can also offer a bespoke service to customers, as well as having the expertise to manufacture white label products for other brands. I am constantly on the hunt for new flavours around the globe, I enjoy experimenting with new and exciting combinations to offer the food service and retail sectors: 1. Our core range consists of 6 flavours: No 1 best seller is our matcha green tea. We supply the food service sector through national distributors in the UK. Tazaki Foods supplies over Japanese restaurants and retailers in the UK 2. Booker Wholesale - they distribute our products to Wagamama UK and Europe 3. Scotch Frost 4. Stratford Fine Foods 5. Vestey Foods 6. Japan Centre 7. Vegetarian Express We are recognised for being the leading brand of East Asian ice cream in the UK, we work closely with premium retailers: 1. Harvey Nichols 2. Ocado 3. Wholefoods Market We also export our products to China, UAE, France & Germany. We are SALSA accredited giving you peace of mind that our products are manufactured in a safe clean environment.
