Led the development of AminoGain™, a Free Amino acid feed additive derived from fermented Spirulina post phycocyanin extraction residue. Research focus on optimizing protein hydrolysis for higher free amino acid and peptide content, improving feed conversion ratio (FCR), digestibility, and gut microbiota modulation in poultry. Project aligns with circular bioeconomy by valorizing algal byproducts into high-value animal nutrition solutions.4. Currently leading a new initiative on algae-based live feed production systems for aquaculture hatcheries, in collaboration with global partners. Project scope includes development of scalable open photobioreactor platforms for continuous production of microalgae (e.g, Chaetoceros, Thalassiosira, Nannochloropsis) to support critical larval stages (Zoea/Mysis) in shrimp and fish.
