About Yedea H. Walker
I am an ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church and a higher education administrator serving as Associate Dean of Students and Co-Coordinator of Title VI/IX Policy at Princeton Theological Seminary. My work is rooted in a commitment to preaching, pastoral care, and cultivating communities shaped by justice, accountability, and belonging.In my administrative leadership, I oversee student services, including residential life and co-curricular programming, advancing a holistic and formational student experience for a diverse community. I collaborate across the institution to support strategic enrollment initiatives, financial aid planning, and integrated student engagement efforts that align with the Seminary’s mission.I also lead institutional compliance with Title VI and Title IX, including policy implementation, education and prevention programming, and the coordination of investigations and resolutions. Partnering with campus leadership, I work to address systemic concerns and foster a safe, equitable, and responsive learning environment.Across both ministry and administration, I am committed to forming communities where care, integrity, and justice are not only upheld but embodied.
