I have been a Software Engineer for 8 years prior to my transition into leadership.The last 6 years I have been primarily focused on Intelligent Automation practices developing a low code automation platform, managing a high performing engineering team, and delivering solutions for our business and IT teams at Kohl\'s.Prior to current focus on engineering I have over 4 years of Sterling Commerce product experience and a total of 10 total years of Supply Chain Experience in Multichannel Order management, Store inventory management, warehouse management, and Global inventory.

Managing the AIOps Intelligent Automation engineering team at Kohl\'s. We focus on RPA Blue Prism automation alongside our custom developed Workflow Orchestration Automation platform. I built an Automation program from ground up with now over 80 RPA automations and thousands of workflow automations running.I have designed and help integrate with AI tools such as Google Vertex and IBM Watson. I have defined a full chatbot experience leveraging Webex Teams and Slack as chat client tools. We have completely overhauled our automation capability at home by introducing API, Chat, Schedule, and Direct invoke interfaces. Chat AI has been a major growth opportunity at Kohl\'s and I have seen us now deliver over 100 unique chat bot experiences across the company with an estimated $5M in savings per month.
