As a co-founder of kunveno, I have a passion for creating a culture of appreciation and recognition in the workplace. I believe that by empowering employees to share their feedback, ideas, and achievements, we can foster a more collaborative, productive, and happy work environment. With over 6 years of experience in technology, business, and strategy development, I have led and contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that have delivered value and impact for various organizations. I have strong background in managing teams, portfolios, and processes. I have also gained a global perspective and a diverse skill set from my education and work experience in Germany, the UK, the US and China. At kunveno, I work with a talented and motivated team to develop and implement a platform to engage and appreciate employees. Our platform has already gained a strong following and is poised for continued growth and success. We are part of the TRUMPF Incubator, a program that supports innovative ideas and startups within the TRUMPF Group, a leading industrial technology company. My mission is to shape the future of work by enabling organizations to create a positive and supportive culture that inspires and motivates their employees.
