About Yang Diane Dai

I am a Master of Science student in Information Systems and Operations Management at the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and Digital Design from Fordham University. I have a passion for data analysis, web development, and marketing, and I am always eager to learn new skills and tools that can help me solve real-world problems. Currently, I am a Digital Marketing Intern at Compass Group USA, where I assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns for various foodservice brands and segments.In addition to my internship, I am also a Consulting Analyst at UF AIS, a student organization that provides information systems consulting services to local businesses and nonprofits. As part of a team of four, I have been working on designing and developing a web app called Dine n\' Dash for Smart North Florida, a project that aims to reduce food waste and hunger in the region. I have been responsible for implementing responsive design, database management, and backend functionality, as well as conducting user research and analyzing website analytics. Through this project, I have gained valuable experience in WordPress, HTML/CSS, R, and SQL, as well as in collaborating with stakeholders, managing deadlines, and delivering quality results. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the community and the environment. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic, creativity, and enthusiasm.
