My foundation was built in the automotive industry (General Motors, Suzuki), where I mastered technical precision, managed global programs, and mentored engineering professionals. I learned that process is the bedrock of quality.I then pivoted to India’s largest startup ecosystem, Flipkart. Here, I applied that structural discipline to a high-velocity environment. My specialty is bringing \"method to the madness\"—balancing the need for speed with the necessity of governance.Currently, I sit at the intersection of technology and people. As an associate director for HR Process & Tech, and a DBA researcher in Behavioral Economics, I don’t just deploy systems/ processes; I design context architectures. I focus on how human beings make decisions in the AI era, ensuring that behavioral insights drive digital adoption.
