Took the lead in migrating the underlying metadata storage of materialized views from Spanner database to Vortex streaming storage, driving cross-team designs and discussions with the Vortex streaming storage team. • Took charge of developing security and billing features for the flexible materialized view, which included supporting underlying base table row and column level access controls, column level data masking, and ensuring correct billing bytes calculation. The successful implementation of these features unblocked the flexible materialized view preview. • Developed and launched a new feature to enable the use of $in predicate as a filter for materialized views. • Implemented a new feature to support partition expirations for materialized views.
