Hey, I’m Yazz—a recruiter at FMC Talent, where I help awesome software and tech businesses in the digital construction space find the right people to fuel their growth. From Series A startups to global giants, I work with companies that are shaping the future of the industry, and I love being part of that journey!Before jumping into recruitment, I was a retail manager, which means I know a thing or two about customer service and building relationships. I’m the kind of person who can chat with anyone about anything, and I bring that energy into everything I do—whether it’s helping candidates land their dream job or supporting clients in scaling their teams.Outside of work, you’ll probably find me in the gym. I’m big on functional fitness and train five days a week, mixing strength and running (because why choose just one?).
