I lead a dedicated team of infusion staff, providing ongoing training to ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.Collaboration is key in my role, as I work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care. I also take the time to educate patients and their families on the infusion process, potential side effects, and post-treatment care, empowering them to manage their health confidently.
