Working for The SES group supporting the project team which consists of office administrative team, property inspectors, Network Rail (property management) stakeholders on a national property management statutory tenancy inspection programme. I report to SES Property lead.• Analyse and report inspection data for the SES team and various NR stakeholders periodically and upon request• Manage inspection data using stakeholder\'s web-based application (Horizon)• Define and update processes to improve team and project efficiency• Create and manage working documents/trackers for inspection programme and inspection templates with a third party application (SafetyCulture\'s iAuditor)• Assist with recruitment process, including CV screening and interviews• Train new team members including administrative staff and inspectors• Facilitate communication between Network Rail and The SES Group for this project• Create and update a how-to guide for the role• Work on any required ad-hoc tasks
