As a Senior Supply Chain Single Threaded Leader at Amazon Robotics, I drive the strategic supply chain and operational initiatives for our cutting-edge robotics technology portfolio. My role is centered on optimizing sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to meet the ambitious goals of Amazon\'s global fulfillment and transportation network. With a strong foundation in automation and global supplier management, I spearhead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution through every stage of the product development cycle.My current focus involves defining and implementing supply chain strategies that align with our technological innovations and business objectives.    Single Threaded Leader (STL) managing the supply chain strategy, sourcing, logistics, and execution of critical NPI robotics programs throughout the product development lifecycle. In my first year, I led the supply chain for key Amazon Robotics programs, including Stations (SAS, Decant, Nike), ensuring aggressive schedules were met by effectively coordinating across hardware engineering, design engineering, software, planning, finance, procurement, manufacturing engineering, commodity management, and suppliers.Key accomplishments include:• Delivered over $3M annual cost savings through strategic negotiations on high-value commodities (rollers, control cabinets, metals), achieving component-level cost reductions of 3-25%.• Implemented risk mitigation strategies by developing multi-source supply chains, proactively balancing tariff risks, and fostering competitively priced local suppliers.• Drove rapid scaling initiatives for the Decant program by securing long-lead materials and increasing supplier capacities, enabling a doubling of production outputs within existing timelines.Currently, I serve as STL for Drive Unit programs like Proteus, overseeing next-generation development, mitigating supply chain risks, and managing costs to deliver robust, scalable robotics solutions.
