It is a strategic enabler of innovation, risk management, and enterprise success.I’m a procurement leader with more than 20 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing. Over my career I’ve built procurement functions from the ground up, scaled teams, and helped organizations create sustainable value from their spend.I’ve managed over $1B in annual indirect spend across categories including marketing, IT, HR, logistics, facilities, and professional services. Some of the results I’m most proud of include a 23% reduction in contingent workforce costs, 32% savings through offshore vendor optimization, and a 65% improvement in supplier compliance and performance.I’ve also led enterprise-wide deployments of source-to-pay platforms such as SAP Ariba, along with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions. These initiatives improved compliance, reduced risk, and streamlined procurement processes across the business.Beyond systems and savings, I’m passionate about building strong teams and strong partnerships.
