Took ownership of sustaining one of the critical (performance-impacting) etching processes in a semiconductor high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment. In collaboration with Vendors (Lam research and Hitachi), I helped troubleshoot state-of-the-art plasma dry etch machines to improve yield and performance of nanometer-scale patterns for Intel 4 (4-nm), Intel 18A, Intel14A, and future technologies chips.3. Improved module process control with six-sigma methodology by automating statistical analysis in JMP, Python scripts. Submitted 80 white papers, 1 patent filing, and 2 internal IDF (Innovation disclosure Form) to account for each improvement.4. Led a team of 6 process engineers to increase the efficiency of off-gas processing and tracking at Intel RA Oregon Campus.
