Career Highlights - 15+ Years of strong experience in Data Analysis and Reporting, Business Analysis, Support and Testing. Currently working with Infosys Limited since March 2011. Experience in Requirement gathering, process mapping, creating System appreciation documents, technical specification docs, user manuals, architecture diagrams, KPI dashboards and data analysis to identify trends, issues and providing recommendations for improvement. Worked as part of CoE Team for MSBI Solutions and have good knowledge and experience of building Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence and Analytics best practices. Reporting experience using Power BI Desktop and Service, SSRS, Tableau, Excel and Actuate. Design and development of ETL Processes by using ETL Tools such as SSIS.
