He is passionate about the law and driven by a commitment to deliver precise, well-reasoned legal solutions that create real impact.Over the past year, he had worked closely with experienced advocates and legal consultants, assisting in a wide range of matters including civil and criminal litigation, contractual disputes, family law, recovery suits, and corporate compliance. My role has involved drafting petitions, legal notices, written submissions, rejoinders, settlement agreements, and procedural applications under various laws including CPC, CrPC, NI Act, and Indian Contract Act.He has appeared in High Courts and District Court as a main counsel and carried out extensive legal research using platforms like SCC Online. He has also reviewed and proofread legal contracts such as NDAs, employment agreements, service contracts, various MOU(s) and due diligence reports. This exposure has helped him build a strong understanding of both litigation and corporate legal work.His academic background has equipped him with a strong understanding of legal principles and well-developed critical thinking skills.
