With over 17 years of experience in the mineral surveying industry, I have developed a comprehensive range of skills and knowledge in mineral estate management, valuation, planning, and development. As a Minerals Surveyor at Wardell Armstrong LLP, I managed mineral and waste assets for various landowners throughout the UK, including one of the largest property owners in the country.My role involved the administration, negotiation, and review of mineral and waste agreements, as well as the preparation and submission of planning applications for different mineral and waste projects. I also conducted mineral asset valuations, reserve assessments, site inspections, and audits, and provided financial reporting and forecasting. In addition, I completed my MSc in Surveying (Minerals) and worked towards achieving the Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).My mission is to provide high-quality and professional services to my clients, while contributing to the sustainable and responsible use of mineral resources.
