As a ECAD Designer and Senior Application Engineer with over 6+ years of experience in delivering high-reliability hardware design solutions across industries such as semiconductor, defense, aerospace, medical devices, oil & gas, automotive and embedded systems. My core expertise lies in multilayer and HDI PCB layout, signal and power integrity (SI/PI) simulation, and EMI/EMC testing and compliance, with a strong focus on design quality, manufacturability, and regulatory standards.I have led end-to-end hardware development cycles—from schematic interpretation to Gerber generation ensuring designs meet stringent IPC, IEC, and MIL-STD requirements. My work includes the integration of blind and buried vias, fine-pitch BGAs, and high-performance FPGAs, all within dense, high-speed board designs. I also bring deep experience in component selection, and early obsolescence risk mitigation.Throughout my career, I’ve used industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, Cadence Allegro X, OrCAD X, OrCAD Capture, Allegro System Capture, and Zuken CADSTAR,CAM350,Vimate,Gerber Viewer to execute designs that meet both performance and manufacturing requirements.As part of my role, I’ve conducted detailed SI/PI analysis using Cadence Sigrity Aurora, PowerDC, and Celsius, enabling early detection of impedance mismatches, crosstalk, and thermal risks. In addition to my technical capabilities, I have played a pivotal role in building and leading PCB design teams, driving tool migrations (e.g, Altium to Cadence Allegro), mentoring engineers, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and design accuracy. As a customer-facing Application Engineer, I work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and as a ECAD Designer estimate project scope, and deliver robust solutions that meet both performance and compliance goals.
