Reconciling the bank statements with the books of accounts and recognizing the transactions that are not reflected in the books, so that the books are in alignment with the bank statements. Credit card reconciliation – Accounting all credit card transaction in the books by assigning proper GL Codes and reconciling it in the accounting software. Payroll – Downloading the payroll details from Gusto, ADP, just works, preparing payroll workings and posting the payroll journal Entry. Revenue – Recognizing the Deferred revenue and its reversal – money received for the unfulfilled orders Variance Analysis – P&L and other variance analysis. Regular Vendor Mapping maintenance with required changes after discussing with client. Checking Control Accounts and closing off it during Month Close. Reconciliation between Ledger and Sub Ledger on a regular basis matching that with client. Prepared timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Reconciliation of Profit and loss Account and Balance sheet. Maximize customer engagement and satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service. Managed bookings to optimize team availability.
