I am the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President for Advanced Concepts Research Group (ACRG) headquartered in Gainesville, VA.I founded ACRG in 2011 with the goal of creating a dynamic, energetic environment; one capable of attracting and retaining top talent and like-minded individuals. With a focus on helping organizations improve their performance, operating primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development of plans for improvements, I wanted to build an organizational framework that would withstand fluctuations in a highly volatile global economy.Prior to founding ACRG, I worked for All Nippon Airlines. Prior to that however, I worked as a real estate agent under Century 21 New Millenium’s top-ranked, mid Atlantic region and top 10 world-wide office located Chantilly, VA, receiving several accolades. I am a strong advocate for Minority Woman business owners and am heavily involved in various organizations designed to leverage and cultivate the unique attributes that women business owners bring to the table to and harness the nation’s wide-ranging community of entrepreneurial women into influential voice and dynamic leadership roles.I have studied in Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States and have several commercial certifications to include Lean Six Sigma and Contract Management. My affiliations include National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), U.S. Women\'s Chamber of Commerce, and the National Women Business Owners Corporation.
