Privacy Policy & Industry Coalition Strategy and Data Broker Compliance & Enforcement- Supporting enforcement efforts targeting national noncompliant data brokers and people search sites by drafting demand letters, legal research, coordinating with regulators/outside counsel, and developing scalable playbooks- Leveraging cyber intelligence insights to more effectively identify and remove sensitive personal data, directly protecting the digital privacy of our members- Working closely with leadership to establish a national privacy-tech industry coalition by designing its structure, shaping policy priorities, and leading outreach across nonprofit, legal, and technology partners. This coalition will drive advocacy for stronger national privacy protections, regulatory reform, and combat exploitative data broker practices.
