Project: Central Data Platform team at Accor, supporting 80+ feature teams in marketing, recommendations, photo scoring, and booking analysis.Project 1: In-house data ingestion & exposure platform My role: Lead architect and subject-matter expert. • Built a serverless AWS platform with S3, SFTP, API, and streaming connectors. • Enabled feature teams to inject custom business logic via Docker, abstracting all infrastructure/CI/CD concerns. • Provided configuration via custom React UI, Terraform module, or API. Impact: Processes tens of thousands of files daily, allowing teams to focus solely on business value.Project 2: dbt + Astronomer (Airflow) transformation platform My role: DataOps – platform management and tooling. • Orchestrated dbt on Astronomer using a medallion architecture in Snowflake. • Developed internal dbt packages for monitoring and log analysis. Impact: Ensured scalable and reliable enterprise analytics.Project 3: Streamlit & Snowflake Native Apps My role: Developer. • Contributed to self-service analytics apps and AI agent/RAG prototypes on Snowflake.Project 4: Real-time image scoring API My role: Lead architecture and development. • Built serverless API (SageMaker endpoint, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS). Impact: Backbone for group-wide mandatory photo compliance, processing hundreds of hotel images daily to enforce brand standards.Project 5: MLOps Platform My role: Lead architecture and development. • Deployed a cost-optimized, custom MLOps environment on AWS (no SageMaker), connected to Snowflake. Impact: Centralized infrastructure for Data Science and ML teams.
