Leading the Web Development at Tapi with a focus on.NET Core for the Back-end, React on the Front-end and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.My core responsibilities are, but not limited to- Designing and writing REST APIs (.NET Core Web API) for various Web Apps to consume- Ensuring Code Quality is maintained via pair programming, peer/code reviews and up-to-date documentation- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across different environments and project types- Overseeing development of various Web Apps and the underlying tech stacks- Helping to create a shared library of components using Storybook for all Web Apps- Liaising with the Head of Tech, Product Managers and other stakeholders to deliver the best solutions possible- Working with other departments to fulfill their Web Development needs/provide advice- Mentoring and on-boarding new developers.
