About Yasra Fatima
As a Human Resources Executive at Onething Design, I contribute to the talent acquisition, employer branding, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding and offboarding processes of the company. I work closely with key stakeholders and managers to meet and assist the onboarding process for employees globally, optimize day-to-day HR functions, and deliver scalable and consistent results to stakeholders. I have also streamlined placement drives to bulk hire 30+ interns for technical roles, and consolidated diverse learning, development programs, and training experiences for the employees. I am pursuing a Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Aligarh Muslim University, after graduating with a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and Management from Jamia Millia Islamia. I have also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern, Coordinator, and Trainee at different organizations, where I honed my skills in negotiation, employee engagement, and team management.
