I am a Canadian Egyptian Business Intelligence Analyst and Digital Transformation manager with a passion for turning data into decisions. I work with Power BI, SQL and data visualization to uncover insights that help organizations work smarter, improve efficiency and achieve measurable results.Currently, I manage Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence at the Egyptian Food Bank, where I work with the team to create dashboards and uncover insights, automate workflows and introduce digital tools that improve operations and support informed decision making. My work includes data modeling, DAX, business analysis and process improvement.Earlier, I taught business and technology courses as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, mentoring students and refining course materials to increase engagement. I have also worked as a React developer, building responsive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as React and Tailwind.Areas of experience- Business Intelligence and Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Cleaning, Data Transformation, Data Visualization- Product and Project Management: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Stakeholder Management, Road-mapping, User Research- Technical Tools: Microsoft Power Automate, WordPress, SAP-HANA, Figma, Adobe XDFluent in English and Arabic, I combine technical skills with clear communication to connect data with the people who need it most.
