About Yasmin McCall
I believe in articulating business vision and bringing it to life with actionable outputs that empower teams and encourage a foundation of respect, transparency and collaboration. With an initial start in product and design delivery, my early career quickly shifted to focus on research; with a strong interest in the psychological factors that impact daily behaviour. When working within product delivery I was trained as a Scrum-master and therefore have a strong handle on Agile practices. These principles apply to all projects, with a core focus on bringing together teams that feel empowered to do their best work. My interest in psychology led me to study a Masters in Business Psychology, which has provided depth to my research and substance to the insights from it. I bring together my various backgrounds and experiences to generate teams and solutions that align with focused strategies. I’ve implemented such strategies across various industries including the built environment, government, banking, telecommunications, non for profit etc
