About Yasmine Eldaief

I recently completed my MPH at Boston University with a concentration in Health Policy & Law and Global Health after receiving my Bachelors in International Relations & History. I am originally from Egypt and after growing up around the world, I have become deeply passionate about correcting the socio-political structures that negatively affect the physical and mental health of citizens around the world. I hope to bridge the gap between my background and education by working in crisis management and consulting, human rights law, or advocacy project management.

   I work at the Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA-CEAL) led by Boston Medical Center. I lead administrative and project management functions for community engagement and administrative teams for a $2.8M federally-funded program on COVID-19 vaccination and health equity, including vaccine clinics, educational events, and clinical research proposals. I designed and implemented post-event debriefs to ensure systematic data collection and and evaluation of target populations, messaging, needed resources, and achievement of target milestones. I support the scoping, planning, and execution of interventions focused on COVID vaccine uptake and confidence, clinical research participation, and health equity, of which I oversee an average of 10 events per month. I supported resume screening and interviewed for 4 key team positions, including a program manager and research assistants.
