Engaged and multi-skilled team leader and writer with 10+ years of content production and people management experience across sales, BD, hospitality, HR, and editing. Core strengths in people management, task facilitation, training, and problem solving, driven by a mixed cultural background, love of learning, and passion for people. Fluent in English, based in Berlin, with some German and Spanish skills.Currently seeking a job within the sustainability and climate sector as a team leader, writer, editor, or executive assistant. I bring extensive experience in task and people management, successfully coordinating different workloads, troubleshooting and resolving issues, liaising between internal departments and external clients, HR processes such as onboarding, scheduling, and training, and using CRM systems such as Salesforce. I am a keen writer and editor and enjoy writing in long and short form. I can adapt to different company voices and branding, write and work within guidelines, and have recently edited a published cookbook.I am passionate about climate change mitigation, specifically by addressing resource consumption and disposal, challenging our current food systems, and moving away from single-use products, specifically plastic. I am keen to join a company who shares my values and commitment to safeguarding our planet for future generations of all species. I am excited by the growth of this industry - both in the growing amount of new tech start ups and global non-profit organisations, but also that more established companies are moving towards more sustainable ways of working.
