I have over seven years of experience in research, project management, and directing operations for innovative and fast-growing companies in the e-commerce and tech sector. As the Head of Operations at Lovd.com, I led the strategic transition of the company, increasing the gross merchandise value by 300%, trimming operational costs, and promoting customer success. I also partnered with the engineering and marketing teams to shape future internal services and tools, conduct user research, and centralize internal dashboards. Previously, I co-founded Uppercase Resume, a resume consulting service, where I managed a remote team, generated new leads, reviewed resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and conducted educational workshops.
