ABOUT YASMIN FAIZ

In February 2015, I began my journey with Five Guys as an Assistant Manager at the Braehead, Glasgow store. Within just six months, I was promoted to General Manager, where I successfully led the team to the top of the company’s secret shopper rankings. My leadership in driving exceptional customer experiences was recognized with the Customer Service Award in 2017.I then transitioned to the City Centre High Street store, one of Scotland’s busiest locations, where I thrived under high-pressure conditions, developing strong team management and operational leadership skills. After two successful years at St Vincent Street, I was appointed Area Trainer for Central London, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance onboarding programs and nurture talent development across the region.In March 2021, I earned an internal promotion to District Manager for the Glasgow Area, overseeing multiple high-performing stores. My ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and develop future leaders culminated in being named District Manager of the Year in 2023.
