Key Roles and Responsibilities:* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions.* Identify and source prospective candidates through various channels and platforms.* Screen candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.* Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and perform reference checks.* Source and engage potential candidates through databases, job portals, and professional networks.* Analyze resumes to ensure alignment with specific job requirements.* Possess sound knowledge of the entire recruitment life cycle — including sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation, pre-selection, and post-offer processes.* Maintain and regularly update market data on candidates and clients.* Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for shortlisted candidates.* Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.* Build and maintain networks through professional associations and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Xing, and X-ray search techniques to identify passive candidates.* Identify qualified candidates based on job criteria and the specific needs of hiring managers.* Work under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager/Business Director and adhere to internal guidelines.* Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.* Conduct market research to develop new recruiting leads.* Demonstrate client focus and strong relationship-building skills.
