As a Solar Project In-Charge, I lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solar power projects, from initial concept through to successful commissioning. My role involves comprehensive oversight of project planning, procurement, system design, installation, and final commissioning of solar power plants.I collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Key Areas of Expertise-Project scheduling and execution planning, Resource allocation and team coordination, Budgeting and cost control, Risk assessment and mitigation planning, Vendor and contractor management, Quality assurance and HSE compliance, Performance optimization and efficiency improvement.Driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and clean energy, I aim to deliver high-impact solar solutions that align with global renewable energy goals.
